• For Employers: HR consulting,  including training and development, recruitment, employment law compliance, and Employee Handbook and HR policy and procedure preparation.

Our professional background includes roles with the State of Florida Department of Children and Families, the Department of Business and Professional Regulations, and as the Attorney Hiring Coordinator at Liebler, Gonzalez and Portuondo. She holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in human resources and a minor in industrial psychology, as well as a Master Certificate in Human Resource Policy and Management from Florida International University.

Doral Human Resources Consulting LLC, is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management (GMSHRM), the Doral Business Council, the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), Toastmasters International, the Doral Business Council Forum, and the Junior League of Miami.
